Weekly Charge

 

"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." (1st Peter 5:7) 

There's no way an individual would not have something he/she is trusting God for. Many times those needs are very urgent and we need help quickly. But worrying won't solve it, rather on a man won't bring solution, the Bible said woe unto that man.

 In other words, we all have needs which have become our concerns and oftentimes when we don't get them, we get worked up. 

But our text here teaches us to cast our cares on Jesus. That is, we should let Jesus handle whatever it is that we are going through. By so doing, we are easing ourselves from the burdens that worrying would not solve. 

The solution to every problems and worry is that you put it on Jesus,  Jesus said worry not about what you'll eat. That's a burden it's God's business not yours, taking thought won't bring solution. Put all on Jesus because only him has the solution. The only strategy for receiving from him is trusting him without doubt.

Jesus cares and He's willing to take care of our needs if we tell them to Him. 

As your go about the activities this week, put all your trust in him, for he said he will do it.

CONFESSIONS FOR THE WEEK. 

I refuse to worry 

I refuse to fidget. 

I have Christ in me so all my needs are met, Amen.

Lord, grant me the Grace to cast my care on you.
