Conditions for an answered prayer

Prayer truly is a means of communication with ones God, but an effective prayer with results is dependent on certain conditions Prayer is sacred and it should be taken as such. 
Below are the conditions for answered prayers 

 1. BELIEVING IN GODS WORD CONCERNING PRAYER

Whenever you pray, make sure you don't doubt the answers, wether it will be done or not. Prayer requires a response, either negative or positive, the integrity you have in the person you pray to, should make you know what to expect, if it's God, if i receive a negative result, I still trust God because the Bible says he cares for me.  And I will thank him because he can make all things work for my good. What does answer really means? It means a response wether it is good or bad, if God says he loves you and he gave you a negative answer to your prayer, can you still believe he loves you? Can you believe that a positive answer will not help you that's why he gave a you a negative result.

Mark 11:24  Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Doubt passes an information to God telling him you don't trust him, the subject of prayer is an act of faith, why should you pray when you can't trust God to give an answer. Men that can have a successful walk with God are men that believes  in him, a pinch of doubt makes your prayer void.

What's belief let's check 

Mental acceptance of a claim as truth regardless of supporting or contrary empirical evidence.

The fact that you belief in God, nothing should shake you from believing, 

It is a crazy intention to believe in something u have not seen,  But in the case of God, christ has revealed him, believing in Christ reveals to you who God is

God gives his kingdom to men that have signed up their life for him.

2. LOVING GOD AND OBEDIENCE TO HIS COMMANDS

 if you don't love someone, the way you ask for things will be rude, God is not the respecter of any man, Even though he loves men,  if you don't love someone, you won't value anything he gives you, so what's the point in giving you, if you won't appreciate it,  It is a commandment to love God, why? Becus it is required to keep other commandment.

John 14:21  He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

We pray that God should manifest himself, he only does that to those that loves him and keeps his commandment

 because you Will willingly obey who you love, you can only be forced to obey who you don't love, since God does not force any man,   when you obey God's commandment, the devil won't be a stumbling block to your prayers, lack of obedience to God makes us vulnerable  to the devil

3. HAVING THE FEAR OF GOD

4. PRAYING THE WILL OF GOD 

Another Paramount thing in prayer is praying the will of God, and praying that his kingdom come.

Why? becus  only God knows all things, you might be praying for a car and and God knows that it's not needed at that point because it might cause you to lose a tangible relationship with him, but when u pray the will of God, he gives you car at the due time when u need it.

Matthew 6:9-10  After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Now the greatest prayer ever is praying the will of God. Why? Becus anytime you pray the will of God, you're praying that his kingdom should comes.

Now what happens when the kingdom of God comes.

You should know that it's is not possible for two king to rule thesame sect of people, and it's not possible to have two Kings in one palace

Why? Becus their rule or law will contradict eachoda.

A man cannot serve two masters as the bible said

You know God is the king of kings.

Now anytime you say thy kingdom come. It means you're are dethroning other gods and making God ruler over the territory where you have invited him, it might be your finance, marital life, emotional life e.t c. 

A principality is a prince without a specific  territory. The territory changes, 

So, how do this princes  get their territory, don't be surprised that the life of a man is a Territory,

For example someone that Masturbates or watches pornography, all the time,

Many times we think they are medical conditions, but when things are above normal circumstances, it means there is a support of an external force

So when u see someone with great desire to Masturbates and watch porn, it means there is a principality working upon the life of that person, that's why no matter how you try to stop, you still see yourself doing it,  

Now when that kind of person prays, thy kingdom come. It means the person is dethroning that principality out of that kingdom/territory the temple of his body which is his soul, and inviting God to come and take charge.

ALLELUIA

So when you see the appearance of 

LACK

SICKNESS

HATRED 

You don't need to talk about it, you go and settle it in the place of prayer.

 we find it easy to talk useless talk, more than we pray, that attitude shows a life under attack

 The will of God is Until you can also say

NOT AS I WISH, BUT LET YOUR WILL BE DONE.

Thats the greatest prayer of all time, but it means you have not placed your own desires above that of God.

 5. CONSISTENCY

One thing about consistency in the physical and spiritual realm is that it is capable of helping one to form an habit, but the one of the spiritual realm is more delicate becus it is sponsored by spirits, One thing about consistency is that it is an act that invoke spirits. Consistency makes one used to and find ease in doing something, anything you're consistently doing, your life will be planned around it, consistency deals with time, location and dedication, you become consistent by doing the same thing over time, and it gets to a season where your mind finally adapts to the situation, by then you no longer need time to observe that activity.

 6. BROKENNESS

Psalms 51:17:-  The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Meeting God with a sincere and contrite heart, you want to pray so that it won't be like u have not prayed.

NO NO NO 

You pray because you have the understanding of prayer.

Because the life of a believer is a life of prayer, 

One great key in prayer is that you should always come to God as helpless, God helps those who cannot help themselves and really wanted God to help them.

Our God is a jealous God.

He will never share his Glory with any man, did you know the meaning, 

He prefers that a dullard seeking his help, should pass an examination rather someone that 

Is brilliant and does not aknowledged  him.

Why becus that person that is dull after passing exam.

Will testify that, I don't know anything but miraculously God helped me passed.

But the other person will say 

Thank God,  buh if not that I was brilliant I would have failed, self Glory.

HAVE A GENUINE DESIRE 

Luke 18:1-5  And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:

And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;

Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me) look at this woman, her desire continues to drive her to the king. Thats how desire drives men to pray.

Desire is having so much interest in something, eager to do it, and always having a burden to do it, desire can make you go any length to get what you want, the things you want from God can build your desire and this will lead you to the place of prayer.

You can increase in desire by studying the word, listening to testimonies, seeing movies that talks about faith, read the story of men God has used.

Things to know before praying:

1. Don't pray when u still have something to do  urgently ( do it then calm down to pray)

2. Don't rush to the place of prayer, it's not  really a place for battle as we see it's a place for communion, renewal of strength, intimacy etc

3. The spirit of prayer and supplication comes to support a praying man only when he is consistent ( consistent even with  time)

4. Have a jotter when praying - some things you've forgotten to do will come to your mind write them down and continue your prayer, noting them will help you get them off your mind.
